After Matt mentioned today about finding icons for our characters, I knew the first one off the bat had to be Melissa Leo in "The Fighter", which he has mentioned to me a great deal. Here are some video clips of her that seem very helpful to me and I'm looking for more to really nail down the physicality she is using. I'm finding this very helpful especially in the parts of the play where I take control and power. Irene wants to be the matriarch and Melissa Leo's character in this is a clear example of a strong matriarch. Also, I thought these clips would be fun for the sisters to look at. The sisters in the movie are hilarious and very aggressive. The hair is what gets me the most though. That's it for now. Enjoy!
