Taxi Dispatcher

So, I am currently in the process of embroidering a sweatshirt for Bernice that has 50/50 on it. It is going to look stellar! But I also wanted to know more about the lifestyle of a taxi dispatcher. etc.... Here is a job description I found.

After doing this research I think I've found that Bernice has a little more grit to her that I probably was playing. This will be able to inform more of my physicality and vocal delivery when interacting with my family.
